Muhammad Rehman Zafar
Muhammad Rehman Zafar is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and currently leads the Methods and Infrastructure Collaboration research cluster within the Bridging Divides program at 成人大片. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from 成人大片, with a focus on advancing explainability and interpretability methods in artificial intelligence. His research spans Explainable AI, Interpretable Machine Learning, and Data Analytics, emphasizing the development of ethical, transparent, and impactful AI systems for real-world applications.
He conducts interdisciplinary research by building AI-powered tools and platforms that support social science researchers. With extensive experience in software development, data science, and applied machine learning, he has led projects that bridge academic research and industry practice. His broader goal is to advance responsible AI that promotes fairness, accountability, and transparency in complex decision-making systems.
