Scope of Work

  • Create accessible seating area at front of room

  • Remove existing millwork counter 
  • Remove front row of fixed desks 
  • Existing fixed desks to remain; clean as required 
  • Provide new chairs. Remove and dispose of existing loose seating 

Paint and Finishes 飮�

  • Patch, repair, and paint walls and/or columns as needed 
  • Paint doors and door frames 
  • Replace flooring and wall base 
  • Replace tier trim and nosing 
  • Replacement of all ceiling tiles

  • Existing blackboards to remain; add new blackboard on side walls 
  • Clean, vacuum and oil existing movable blackboard tracks
