础苍诲谤茅 Serero is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in business and law. 础苍诲谤茅 teaches law at Ryerson University鈥檚 Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) and at Ryerson鈥檚 Faculty of Law. He is also a member of the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre.
础苍诲谤茅 is the Founder and Lead for the Top 200 Program, a unique leadership development program for emerging leaders. He is also the Faculty Advisor for TRSM鈥檚 Law and Business Co-op program and the Honorary President for the Ted Rogers Students鈥� Society. In addition, 础苍诲谤茅 provides specialized workshops on strategic leadership with TRSM鈥檚 Executive and Corporate Education Program.
础苍诲谤茅 is also an instructor for YEDI (one of the world's top university business accelerators), and the Plekhanov University of Economics in Moscow (Russia). 础苍诲谤茅 provides specialized seminars for entrepreneurs on a wide range of topics (Canadian Business on the Global Stage; Entrepreneurial Leadership & Building Successful Teams; Strategy for Raising Funds; and Legal Aspects of Doing Business in Canada), both in Canada and internationally (most recently in Russia, Armenia and Kazakhstan).
础苍诲谤茅 was recently awarded the TRSM Dean's Teaching Award and the CACEE National Award for Excellence in Innovation & Leadership Development (for the Top 200 Program). 础苍诲谤茅 is also a past recipient of the Canadian General Counsel Award and was voted Corporate Counsel Newsmaker of the Year. 础苍诲谤茅 holds law degrees from McGill University.
