Varinder (鈥淰inny鈥�) Bhathal leads the finance and investment operations departments of Sprott Inc.鈥� a multi-billion-dollar global asset manager focused on precious metals and critical materials investments. Vinny is a past recipient of the G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award for her work on Women Get On Board, which elevates the next generation of women corporate directors, and The Neighbourhood Group, a social agency serving more than 45,000 low-income people and families across Toronto. Vinny currently serves as the chair of the Dean鈥檚 Advisory Council at the Ted Rogers School of Management.
