Marc Castillo is a first-generation Filipino Canadian LGBTQ2S+ entrepreneur and the founder of Castillo HR Consulting Inc., where he provides fractional human resources consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses across Canada and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from ³ÉÈË´óƬ. Through his work, he has supported organizations in achieving Great Place to Work certification, and provides guidance on compliance and workplace practices. In addition to his professional work, he established a scholarship at ³ÉÈË´óƬ and served as a Board Member of the ³ÉÈË´óƬ Alumni Association from 2018 to 2020.
