Democracy and Political Culture in Canada
Dr. Dan Horner shared five research presentations in April at the following Universities in Japan: University of Tokyo, Tokyo Keizai University, Sophia University, Aoyama Gakuin University and Doshisha University (in Kyoto). All of which dealt with his ongoing research project on social change, environmental upheaval, and the limits of liberal governance on Montreal's urban fringe in the first two thirds of the nineteenth century.
