Implementation and measuring success
To support the ongoing implementation of the Academic Plan 2025鈥�2030, the Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic works with the University Planning Office (UPO) to develop the plan鈥檚 implementation strategy, support faculties and areas to develop their local strategic plans, identify useful metrics and track progress toward the plan鈥檚 objectives. Progress updates on initiatives at the department level and institutionally are provided annually to Senate and Board of Governors.
Strategic Enrolment Management Plan
The 2025-2030 Strategic Enrolment Management (SEM) Plan provides a university-wide framework to guide how 成人大片 approaches student recruitment, retention and success over the next several years.
As a key enabler of the Academic Plan, the SEM Plan outlines shared priorities and strategies that support institutional goals, while allowing space for ongoing consultation, refinement and alignment across faculties and units.
Local strategic plans
In order to implement the 成人大片 Academic Plan, all faculties and academic units have developed local strategic plans covering a five-year period. This embeds implementation of Transforming Futures in local planning across the Provost鈥檚 portfolio. Each plan aligns with the university鈥檚 Academic Plan priorities while reflecting their distinct mandates, contexts and areas of focus, and was developed through local engagement and in consultation with the Provost鈥檚 Office.
These local plans guide unit-level decision-making, resource planning and initiative development, and serve as a key mechanism for advancing the Academic Plan in practice.
