Center for Food Innovation and Nutritional Discovery (CFIND)
Starting in 2018, Dr. D茅rick Rousseau and Dr. Nick Bellissimo of 成人大片鈥檚 are joining forces.
Together, we鈥檙e building a research hub to foster innovation within the complementary fields of food science and nutrition.
We鈥檙e currently known as Food Innovation and Nutritional Discovery at Ryerson (FIND-R). Over the next few years, we鈥檒l be moving forward to become the official Center for Food Innovation and Nutritional Discovery.
Why CFIND?
The Center is a collective that brings together expertise across a variety of disciplines and institutions. Currently, our partners include George Brown College, University of Guelph, University of Toronto, and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Together, we have the capability to conduct both research and clinical trials using world-caliber research tools.
Contract Services
We also collaborate with industrial partners who are seeking high-level research in food structure and nutrition.
The result: tailored outcomes with real-world, commercial applications in food and soft materials. For more information on contract services offered.
