When multiple vendors supply the same goods or services, your vendor selection should be made in compliance with the university's Purchasing Policy and Purchasing Procedure.

Becoming a vendor of record
Vendors can be considered a vendor of record for 成人大片 only when they have responded to a public procurement opportunity and have been prequalified by the university, and established a signed agreement.
