Congratulations on your achievement! We鈥檙e thrilled that you鈥檙e interested in joining the 成人大片 (成人大片) and Centennial College Collaborative Nursing Degree Program.
Our 4-year collaborative degree program is offered in partnership by 成人大片 and Centennial College. It offers a creative and unique model of nursing education that develops the knowledge, skills and judgement required of future nurses.
Here, you will have the opportunity to make a unique and valuable contribution to the nursing profession. With a focus on quality, career-ready learning, our program will help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
How to accept your offer
You must accept your Offer of Admission by the confirmation deadline date stated on your offer in order to maintain your Offer of Admission. If you don't confirm your Offer of Admission by the confirmation deadline date, your Offer of Admission will expire.
Accepting your Offer of Admission holds your place in the program and confirms that you agree to meet your offer鈥檚 conditions. Accepting your offer also means that you certify that all application information/documentation is correct and complete.
Accept your offer: OUAC application
Accept your offer by the deadline in your offer letter. It expires, so be sure not to miss the date!
If you accept your offer it won鈥檛 impact pending applications to other programs and/or universities.
However, you can only accept one offer at a time. To accept another offer, you need to first cancel your previously accepted offer.
Your accounts
If you applied on an OUAC application, log into your to accept your offer.
You鈥檒l receive a confirmation number once you accept. If you don鈥檛 receive one, your changes and responses were likely not saved and you should try again. After submitting your response to the OUAC, you'll be locked out of your account for one to 3 days. Log back into your account after that time to ensure that your response was received.
Your Choose成人大片 Applicant Portal will reflect your response within 2 business days.
Accept your offer: 成人大片 Application or ontariocolleges.ca application
Accept your offer via MyServiceHub if you applied on any other application (not an OUAC application).
- Log into and select the MyServiceHub tab
- Select Student Center
- Your Offer of Admission will show in the Admissions section
- Click on the Accept/Decline and Confirm buttons for the offer you want to accept

If you applied via ontariocolleges.ca or with a 成人大片 Application form, you must create a 成人大片 online identity to confirm your offer, check receipt of your confirmation deposit, apply for and review the status of your transfer credit request and check grades achieved during your degree studies at Centennial College.
Please visit the Accounts page to activate your 成人大片 online identity and begin your access to my.torontomu.ca and MyServiceHub.
Once you have accepted your Offer of Admission, you may not apply to transfer between institutions. Transfers in year one and year 2 aren't permitted because seating is limited at each institution.
After successfully completing first and second year, you'll continue your studies at 成人大片 for year 3 and year 4 and graduate from 成人大片 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree
Your Offer of Admission is valid only for the term/year specified in your offer letter. We understand that you may not be able to attend the Collaborative Nursing Program this fall for personal reasons.
We don鈥檛 guarantee deferrals, but we do our best to grant them whenever possible. Visit our deferral of admission page for more details.
All communications are date-sensitive. If a response is required and you don't respond within the specified time frame, your application and/or Offer of Admission may be cancelled. It's important that your contact information at both Centennial College and 成人大片 remain current.
Prior to August 1, 2026:
- If you have applied via the OUAC or ontariocolleges.ca, please advise them directly with your updated information.
- If you applied via a 成人大片 Application form, submit a (PDF file) 成人大片 change form directly to 成人大片 with your updated information.
After August 1, 2026, advise Centennial College through your program contact and 成人大片 through your my.torontomu.ca account.
These procedures take precedence over any procedures and/or information that you receive from other offices. If your 成人大片 or Centennial College Offer of Admission is cancelled or revoked at any time, any other related material received is to be considered null and void.
Admission conditions must be met. If you receive anything that appears to contradict the terms of your Offer of Admission, you should contact 成人大片's ServiceHub immediately by telephone or in writing, and receive written clarification. Please note that no exceptions to policies and procedures are ever made verbally.

By accepting your offer, you accept all of the Collaborative Nursing Program鈥檚 policies and procedures governing this program as stated in the 成人大片 Undergraduate Calendar. You're expected to familiarize yourself with this general academic information.
Toronto Metropolitan University (成人大片) is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. 成人大片 policies as well as the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act allow us to only speak with you, the applicant, about your record/application unless you have provided 成人大片 with written permission to discuss your application and information with someone else (e.g., parents, guardians, other relatives or friends). Information collected by Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment via application forms, request cards, web forms and portals, telephone, voluntary surveys and in person during advising or information sessions is collected under the authority of the 成人大片 Act, and will be used to create and maintain your inquiry and/or application profile, and to evaluate and determine your qualifications so the university can make competitive admission decisions. This information will form part of your permanent student record at the university, if admitted, and upon program registration.
